Bart B More is responsible for a couple of gems that have been destroying dance floors near you, with the Boysnoize Records icing on the B More cake being the track with one of the heavier drops out there currently: Brap. You can buy the track on Beatport, or watch a video of Laidback Luke dropping the brapapella for laughs here. We did a quick Q&A session with this Dutch top cat about the world cup and a Bart B More driven dictionary. A day in the life of..
Has the tragedy – Spain versus Holland at the world cup finals – affected your life in any way? Bart B More: Yes, I’ve now completely banned every Spanish product out of my life, it’s a shame because I really enjoyed eating tapas. 
If Holland would’ve won the world cup, which DJ’s would you have invited to celebrate it with you? Anyone who’d be up for the party… I think I would have celebrated so hard I wouldn’t remember who was there anyway.
Say you could replace any word in the dictionary with “brap”, what word would it be and how should we use it in everyday situations? How about ‘nice’? So if you would like a song you would say, hey this song sounds brap! .. or wow that girl looks brap!
If you could collaborate with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? I’ve always been a big Chemical Brothers ‘fan’, I’d love to see how they make music.
“Brap” is gonna take over soon. What’s in store for the rest of the year? I think it’s gonna be a fun year! The response to Brap has been so big! but also the collaborations I did with guys like Tommie Sunshine, Brodinski and Harvard Bass are getting picked up really well and hopefully will be released this year plus I also get to tour North America, Asia and Australia!

BNR Night @ Ritter Butzke with Boys Noize, Mr. Oizo, Djedjotronic & Friends

Thanks to everybody again for the great weekend at Ritter Butzke. It was a crazy and unforgetable night! Boys Noize did one of his finest set in his homebase Berlin and Mr. Oizo and Djedjotronic cooked the people properly.
Here are some impressions even though you can’t imagine what a hot hell fire there was on the dancefloor with sweat dropping down the walls. Our man, Chris Radtke, who took the pics for the night, striked against a clean lens and in the end had to give up taken more of Mr. Oizo or even Boys Noize. But you know what?! The best memories are in your heart, we hope. Berlin people! See you next time on the BNR Arena at Berlin Festival!

How did you get in contact with Boys Noize records?
i was in warsaw as i got the call, i can remember that very clearly, in 2004 his girlfriend contacted me caus he needed design stuff for his newly founded label boys noize records. in the meanwhile we have become good friends and i think have churned out 50 plus releases together. alex visits my brother when he is in australia. i call him and his girlfriend our german aunt and uncle.
And why did you choose this special artwork for him and the label?
weird question. i choose to do it because i think its right for the music. i want to create the covers as fun and explosive as possible. i execute the covers in record timing. thats become the perpetual challenge, to make the next artwork louder than the last.

GONZALES // New Single & ‘Piano’ Show in Berlin!!

Gonzales authetnic new album is ready for its close-up. Born in the electro-piano universe, produced by Alex Ridha aka Boys Noize it will be available to you at all the real and virtual record stores … towards the end of August.
It’s also a Feature Film, an existentialist sports comedy about chess and success. Starring me, Chilly Gonzales, the amateur actor, brilliantly flanked by a charmingly villainous Tiga (as my brother!) , and the inimitable queen of her own universe, Peaches.
Until then, keep an eye out for the first stones being laid down in the construction of IVORY TOWER.
The « NEVER STOP » single is being brought to you out of the UK by Erol Alkan’s PHANTASY SOUNDS label.
Beatport.com will have the exclusive digital release on April 5 – join us to celebrate the release on April 8 at the Bloomsbury Ballroom Bar (see below to get your invitation to the Erol Alkan DJ Set) – and as of 26th April, you’ll find the single on Vinyl and all other other digital platforms.
Erol is doing a remix of the track and might get some of his friends to play around with the original as well…
